The signs

What are they made of?

16-gauge powder-coated steel. That's heavy stock — noticeably thicker and more rigid than the thin pressed sheet most decorative signs use. Acrylic and brushed titanium options are available on selected designs.

Can I put one outside?

Yes. The powder-coat finish is weatherproof and rust-resistant, so porches, fences, garden beds and exterior walls are all fine.

What sizes can I get?

From 8 inches up to 59 inches, measured on the longest edge. Most people land on 24 inches for a front door or entryway, and 36 inches or larger for a feature wall or an exterior gable.

What colours are available?

Thirteen: black, red, white, silver, blue, gold, copper, green, pink, anthracite, cream, chrome and yellow. Black is the safest choice outdoors and the one most people pick.

How do I hang it?

Every sign arrives with pre-drilled mounting holes. Hardware is not included. The right screws and anchors depend entirely on your surface — drywall, brick, timber and stucco all need something different — so we'd rather you buy the correct fixings than send you the wrong ones.

Ordering

Can I put my own name or wording on it?

On personalised designs, yes. Enter your text on the product page before adding to cart. We cut exactly what you type, so check the spelling carefully.

Can I send my own design?

Often, yes. Message us through the contact page. Clean, high-contrast artwork cuts best; very fine detail and thin lines don't survive being cut from steel.

Will the colour match the photos exactly?

Close, but screens vary. Powder-coat also reads differently in daylight than under indoor lighting. If exact colour matters, ask us before ordering.

Shipping

How long does it take?

Production is 3 to 5 business days, then transit on top.

What does shipping cost?

A flat $10 per order, whatever the size.

Where do you ship?

United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and the EU.

Returns

Can I return a personalised sign?

No. Once a name is cut into steel it can't be sold to anyone else, so custom pieces aren't returnable for a change of mind.

What if it arrives damaged or wrong?

That's on us. Send a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll remake or refund it. This covers transit damage, manufacturing faults, and anything that doesn't match what you ordered.
